This medication can be requested on our repeat prescription service by completing the associated medical assessment. You may choose either the initiation pack if you are attempting to quit again or the continuation pack. Our doctors will review the assessment and a prescription will be issued free of charge and passed to our pharmacy for dispensing, if appropriate.
If treatment is not suitable for you, or if our doctors feel it best to continue to be seen by your regular doctor, a full refund will be issued.
