Orders are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours. Some requests require a brief consultation usually available on the same or next day. If approved, requests are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Thursday. Orders placed late Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched Monday when postal service resumes. Delays may occur if you do not book in your consultation or if you delay submitting your ID verification (first-time customers). If you live in a major Australian city, you will generally receive your order within 1-2 business days after dispatch. It may take up to 5 business days after dispatch for rural or regional areas. Tracking numbers are sent via email or available from your account page after your order has been dispatched.
