Caiti Kapernick

Caiti is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a special interest in making small and approachable lifestyle changes to help you reach and sustain your goals. With over 5 years working across multiple customer service and medical administration roles, she also plays a role within our patient care team to offer patient support and assist with clinical processes.

Whilst quite terrible at sports, Caiti does enjoy a good long walk most days; working from home tends to limit activity levels so she always makes sure to squeeze this in. 

On a day off Caiti loves to spend time at the beach reading a book, typically something not at all educational. Caiti tends to prefer spending her time in the warmer more humid areas of QLD where she can still go to the beach in winter.

There's a reason Caiti ended up as a Dietitian and it was because of her love of food. She believes food is an important part of our lives and grew up in a family where food was one of the ways you could show love. Whether it be a sweet treat from the bakery after Parkrun, or a glass of wine and some cheese with friends, there will always be some delicious food in her life.
